One membership puts biomed AI troubleshooting, upcoming project previews, employment and network applications, and 24-hour BMET support in your hands.

Everything a public member gets for $45 per month.

Troubleshoot any medical device with the app's biomed AI, whether or not it is a model you work on every day.

Get first-hand knowledge of upcoming BiomedRx projects.

Apply for employment with BiomedRx or one of its affiliate HTM companies.

Apply for membership in the BiomedRx service network as an independent service organization.

Reach working BMETs at any hour through the BiomedRx network of users.

Keep service records in one place instead of scattered across notebooks, email and vendor portals.

Membership is $45 per month for public users. BiomedRx employees, affiliates and members of the BiomedRx service network have free access to the BiomedRx App.
Free access is not a limited tier. It includes all of the app's AI features for troubleshooting, record keeping, automated electrical safety testing, PM procedures, manuals and schematics, and logistics — plus automatic online service report updates with pictures and video, dispatch and management of manufacturer field service calls from the BiomedRx Network, on-site client billing, and payroll or service reimbursement.
If you already work for or with BiomedRx, contact us and we will confirm your access rather than charging you for it.

Medical equipment service is not a once-a-year purchase, so the app is not sold as one. A membership keeps the biomed AI, the documentation, the project previews and the 24-hour BMET support available on the day you actually need them, which is rarely the day you planned for.
The $45 monthly membership is aimed at the public user: the independent technician, the in-house biomed who wants a second opinion in the middle of the night, the shop owner weighing whether to join a larger network, the candidate who wants to apply for employment with BiomedRx or one of its affiliate healthcare technology management companies.
It is also the front door to the BiomedRx service network. Independent service organizations apply for membership through the app, and once accepted their access becomes free, because at that point the app is the tool they use to take dispatched work, file reports, bill on-site and receive reimbursement.
