Partners

A network, not a directory.

Independent service organizations, providers and manufacturers work through one platform, one documentation standard and one reporting interface.

Ways to partner

Three routes into the BiomedRx network.

BMET career and service network opportunities shown in the BiomedRx App

Independent service organizations

Apply through the app, meet the network's readiness and documentation expectations, and take dispatched work.

What network membership requires

The BiomedRx International Service Network is only useful to a hospital or a manufacturer if every member works to the same standard. Membership is therefore conditional on how you operate, not only on what you can fix.

Members are expected to be ready for travel and field assignments, to keep technical training current, to communicate promptly and professionally, to follow documentation and escalation procedures, to act with integrity and discretion, and to comply with site and regulatory requirements.

In return, members get free access to the BiomedRx App with its full AI feature set, dispatch from the BiomedRx Network, automatic online service reporting, on-site billing and service reimbursement.

Why the network is selective

A referral directory asks nothing of its members and therefore guarantees nothing to the customer. The BiomedRx International Service Network is built the other way around: membership carries obligations, and those obligations are what a hospital or a manufacturer is actually buying.

Members commit to travel and field-assignment readiness, current technical training, prompt and professional communication, documented work with a defined escalation path, integrity and discretion on site, and compliance with site and regulatory requirements.

Those commitments are enforceable because the work runs through the app. Dispatch, procedure, report, photographs, billing and reimbursement all leave a trail, which means quality is observable rather than asserted.

For an independent service organization the trade is straightforward. You keep your own company, your own customers and your own identity. What you gain is access to dispatched work from the BiomedRx Network, free use of the BiomedRx App and its full AI feature set, a documentation system you did not have to build, on-site billing, and service reimbursement handled through the same record as the work.

For a hospital or a manufacturer the trade is equally simple. You get nationwide reach without assembling a field organization, and every visit arrives with the same procedures, the same reporting interface and the same evidence standard behind it.

How a partnership actually starts

An independent service organization applies for BiomedRx International Service Network membership through the app. Acceptance is a judgment about readiness and standards rather than a formality, because every accepted member is representing the network at a customer site where nobody will distinguish between your company and ours.

Once accepted, app access becomes free and the operating relationship begins: dispatched work arrives through the app, the OEM-specific procedure comes with it, the report is generated from the work rather than written afterward, billing happens on site, and service reimbursement settles against the same record.

The network sits alongside an established affiliate family, including Aloha Biomedical, Arizona Biomedical Services, Dialysis Center Maintenance, Medical Field Service, Isolated Power System and BiomedRx Federal, which is what gives a new member immediate context rather than an empty directory listing. What partnering looks like here

Partnership is not a logo swap. The arrangements that work are the ones where each side supplies something the other genuinely lacks - coverage, capability, capacity or access - and both sides can say plainly what they are getting.

The useful first conversation is about the gap you are trying to close. Everything else follows from that, including whether we are the right fit.

The partnerships BiomedRx App keeps are the ones where both sides can describe the arrangement the same way without checking notes.

How the commercial side works

Scope, rates and response times are agreed in writing before any work is scheduled, including what happens when a job runs long or a part is not available. Most partnership disputes are scope disputes that nobody wrote down.

Who owns the customer relationship is settled at the start. Whether we work under your name or alongside it, both sides should know which it is before the first job rather than after a good one.

Invoicing terms, liability and insurance certificates are exchanged up front. It is unglamorous and it is the reason arrangements last.

The arrangements we actually do

Subcontract and overflow work, where one side has demand it cannot cover and the other has technicians who can.

Referral relationships between complementary providers, where sending a customer to the right specialist is worth more than keeping the job.

Supply and distribution agreements, and joint bids on contracts too large or too geographically spread for one party.

What we bring to it

Trained technicians, calibrated equipment, insurance and documentation that survives an audit. Those four are the table stakes, and a surprising number of arrangements fall over because one of them was assumed rather than checked.

We also bring the willingness to say no. If your customer needs something outside what we do well, we will tell you rather than take the work and learn on your reputation.

How to start the conversation

BiomedRx App would rather run three partnerships that work than a dozen that exist on a slide. If we are not the right fit we will say so in the first conversation.

Tell us what you do, where you do it, and what you are trying to reach that you cannot reach today. If there is no fit we will say so quickly, which is more useful than a long courtship.
