The agreement between you and BiomedRx for use of the BiomedRx App. Effective 29 August 2026.

These terms are between you and BiomedRx, 8306 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 777, Beverly Hills, California 90211. By creating an account or using the BiomedRx App you accept them. If you are using the app on behalf of an employer or a service organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.
The BiomedRx App is a professional tool for biomedical equipment technicians and the providers and manufacturers they work with. It provides AI-assisted troubleshooting, preventive-maintenance procedures, electrical safety testing support, manuals and schematics, service reporting, dispatch, on-site billing and access to BMET support.
Public membership is $45 per month. Employees, affiliates and accepted members of the BiomedRx service network receive access as part of that relationship rather than by separate subscription.
The app is intended for working professionals and organisations, not for consumers or patients. You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for holding the licences, certifications and authorisations your work requires. The app records credentials; it does not confer them.
Keep your credentials confidential and do not share a login. Service records are attributed to the account that created them, so a shared login makes the record ambiguous about who actually performed the work.
Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
This is the most important term in this agreement. The app assists a qualified technician; it does not replace one. AI-assisted troubleshooting is advisory output that can be incomplete or wrong, and it must be treated as a suggestion to be verified, never as an instruction to be followed.
Manufacturer service manuals, applicable standards and your own professional judgment take precedence over anything the app suggests. Where the app and the manufacturer procedure disagree, follow the manufacturer.
You are responsible for the correctness of the work you perform and of the records you submit, including that the equipment you scan or enter is the equipment you actually serviced. Do not rely on the app to confirm a device identity you have not checked yourself.
Nothing in the app is medical advice, and the app is not a medical device.
Service reports you submit are the documentary record of work performed. Submit them accurately and completely; do not record measurements, tests or attendance that did not happen.
Once approved, a report is published to the client portal so the provider, and where relevant the manufacturer, can read it. Records may be retained for as long as the provider, the manufacturer or applicable regulation requires.
You retain your rights in the content you submit, and grant BiomedRx the licence needed to store it, publish approved reports to the entitled parties, and operate the service.

Do not use the app unlawfully, do not attempt to reach records belonging to organisations you are not entitled to see, and do not attempt to circumvent the role and organisation restrictions the platform enforces.
Do not enter patient names, identifiers or clinical details. The app documents equipment, not patients.
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute access, and do not scrape or bulk-extract content such as manuals and procedures, which are licensed to you for your own service work.
Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Fees may change, and we will give notice before a change affects a renewal. Where a membership is provided as part of employment, affiliation or network participation, it ends when that relationship ends.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network conditions and third-party platforms can interrupt access.
The app is built to keep working offline: work recorded without a signal is stored on the device and uploaded when connectivity returns. You remain responsible for confirming that queued work has actually synchronised before relying on it having been filed.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiomedRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or where continued access presents a risk to the platform or to other users.
Service records already created remain part of the documentary record and are retained accordingly.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and we will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
